The short version
This website has no user accounts, no database of visitors, no advertising cookies and no tracking or analytics scripts. Two things on the site collect anything at all: the call back form and the Ask an operator page. Both are described in full below.
Who is responsible for your information
The operator of this website is Aditya Enterprises. Registered entity name and registered address: to be confirmed.
For any question about this policy, or to ask us to provide, correct or delete information you have sent us, contact us using the details on the Contact page.
The call back form
When you ask us to call you back, the form collects the name you give, your phone number, optionally the number of trucks you run, the time of day that suits you, and anything you type into the note field.
That request is sent directly to the business so that someone can call you. It is not stored in a database on this website. We use it to contact you about your inquiry and to provide the service you are asking about. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Ask an operator
When you submit a question, the text of that question is sent to Anthropic's API so that an answer can be generated and streamed back to you. Anthropic processes it as our service provider for that purpose. Please do not type anything into that box that you would not want leaving your own systems, such as driver personal data, bank details or the contents of a contract.
To keep the free questions fair and to stop automated abuse, the server briefly keeps your IP address in memory along with the time of each question. That is held only in the running server's memory, is never written to a database, and disappears when the server restarts.
The count of how many free questions you have used is stored on your own device in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser storage clears it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own. There are no advertising pixels, no analytics tags, no session recording and no cross site tracking. The only thing written to your browser is the local storage counter described above, which is not a cookie and is not transmitted anywhere.
Hosting and server logs
Like any web host, the hosting provider's infrastructure records standard technical request information such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent, for the purposes of serving the site, security and abuse prevention. That processing is governed by the host's own privacy terms. Hosting provider: to be confirmed.
How long we keep things
Call back inquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with your inquiry and, where you become a client, for the life of that relationship and any period we are required to keep records. Specific retention period: to be confirmed.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details on the Contact page and we will respond.
The specific data protection law that governs this site and the rights available to you depend on where the business is established and where its clients are: to be confirmed.
Children
This is a business to business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the version number and the last updated date at the top of this document change with it, and the previous version is retained in our version history.
This document is published for information. It is not legal advice. If any clause above is shown as “to be confirmed”, it has not been settled yet and should not be relied upon.
